Your Body Counts everything you put in your mouth, whether it tastes good or not, whether its healthy or not, whether you really like it or not, so be mindful of what you are eating.
That said, my body just counted (2) 100 calorie packs (chips and oreo) when 1 should have been enough, but after my salad I still felt hungry. Tomorrow I will try adding more protein (Chicken or Shrimp) to the salad.
