10 lb!

Monday, January 18, 2010

Holy Cow Batman! I got on the scale and dropped 5 lbs over night! Making my total from Jan 1 - 10 lbs!!! This is where usually slack off-cheat a little, so I'll need to be vigilant against slacking up. I didn't even really exercise the last couple weeks. Just imagine what I could have done. Now to keep the momentum! Hey I can wash the fat jeans in hot water and throw them in the dryer now. I probably fit back into the next size down - 10 lb usually does it. Whoo Hoo!

I still have quite a ways to go, but finally after a couple years, I'm feeling the motivation again!

Was just sent this great 15 walking UTube-do in your living room. Great and not too strenuous. No excuses now!
Part 2

IF you have an aerobic stepper

Gosh I love UTube!

I will ride the bike this eve, and then BL tomorrow I always ride the first hr then 2nd half hr do exercises then rest the last half.

Woo Hoo Jude, I'm so happy for you. That is great progress. Isn't it a wonderful feeling to move down a size even if you aren't where you want to be yet? Unfortunately for me the closer I get to my goal weight the harder it is to get the weight off. I walked everyday last week and did strength training 3 days and only lost the 2 lbs as of Thursday and haven't lost any since, but I'm ok with that as I know it is improving my health and stamina. Congratulations to you my friend.
