Well, after my little food fest on Friday night, I smartened right up and went to Curves on Saturday and walked on both Saturday and Sunday. I tracked everything I ate so this morning I am feeling very good about things.

Today
Breakfast
Cheerios and milk
Snack
Banana
Lunch
Turkey Sandwich, grapes
Snack
apple and light cheese
Dinner
Chicken and Broccoli Penne

Like you, I though that my blog would be boring as I use it for planning and reporting. But, Oh Well, that is what I need most. That and being accountable.

I saw on your blog of Saturday and of today, that you are doing GREAT.
