This morning was yoga and core. I really don't understand the yoga except we do end up balancing. This is always troublesome be cause of how I have always had trouble with the legs. I afraid that I will fall. I don't know why, my legs are getting stronger with every workout. We do the superman standing on one leg. I do this better on my right than my left and it is my right ankle that gives me fits. (go figure). Jim is really helping me with this. He went to the store yesterday to get what we need for Taco Salad (made with deer meat) and brought back some ice cream but it was no fat and no sugar added. I think he is also trying to eat better (for the most part) but doesn't want to admit it. He always says that he needs to start working out on the weights but he hasn't done it yet. I have set Sunday's as no work out day. I did good with my eating yesterday.
