I had a good week. I exercised 5 times this week and I logged in my nutrition tracker all 7 days. I also began training for a 5K in earnest. My food consumption was okay, but I still need to watch my cholesterol and sodium. I have also worked on a lot of personal goals as well.
We are on SparkPeople as a family and all of us are encouraging one another. It is one day at a time. One step at a time.
