Whoops, I feel off...

the wagon. Yesterday I didn't log much - no food or water here on SP. Oh, I consumed...I just didn't journal. Okay, that was then; this is now. Going to add exercise tomorrow AND continue my journaling of my food & water.

    I have done the same thing...just get back on the pony and ride! Even if you have to concentrate on ONE meal at a will happen for you. Grab that water...Log those meals a religiously as you can. It's so important to stay aware. That is the difference between success and failure. You can do this!!!

  I have been guilty of not logging in my food and my exercise that I have done on a day to day basis but I am getting on track and I plan to continue to do so
