I have set up a worksheet with a weightloss goal of 2 pounds every five days! Today was my first five day period since starting the worksheet... I met and exceeded the 2 pound goal! I have actually and lost 2.4 pounds in the last 5 days.
I was tempted to have a high-calorie breakfast this morning, my husband sent me to Braums to get some breakfast. I LOVE their biscuit and gravy, but it is at least 530 calories! I was strong, I thought about how it would undo the progress I have made so far! I just got him breakfast at Braums and came home and fixed my 210 calorie breakfast. I was so proud of myself!
My final goal on the this worksheet is 158.8 pounds on June 21st. I know I can and will do this!
Also some more good news! I have managed to cut my diet dr peppers down from 6 or 7 cans per day to just 3 per day!
