Week 1 mini goal progress

I've completed the first week of my mini goal and I've lost 2lbs, so I'm happy about that. I still have 6 more weeks to lost the remaining 8lbs. The first week was good and it was challenging I did have a few days that I ate crazy but I still managed to stay within my caloric range but I need to limit my fatty foods for this up coming week. I got a new treadmill as a present (yeah) so I've been using it for about 2 days now and I love it, I just get up and get on it and get my workout done, it's so convenient. This week I hope to lose at lease 2 more pounds. I will be using my treadmill all this week for my cardio. I will check in next week with my progress.
