This is my first week of p90x and I really like it, but I can only "bring it" half way. I can do 30 min. of an hour work out. At the midway point I feel like I might throw up :) I love the way it makes me feel later in the day. I am so relaxed and tired. My migraines have even been better! Yesterday was Yoga X and it was tough. I loved watching my husband do the yoga with me. Kinda funny, kinda hot! The scale says I actually lost 1.5 lbs this week? Whatever I'll take that. Now I need to keep track in Spark so I can look back on all my effort!
