    LOL the ninja part cracked me up. dont be so down on yourself- everything will be fine, and you will loose the weight u have too. i also gained 5 pounds back 2 weeks ago but then i ended up loosing 4 this week! can u believe that! i thought it would be forever to loose them but i did it quickly, i guess this is my lucky week. if i did it so can YOU.

    So glad you're back sweetie!

Another suggestion for the DDR pad that I thought of is to get a sheet of plywood to put down on the carpeting under the pad. That will make it register better and the plywood should be sturdy like a regular un-carpeted floor. Maybe if you know someone handy, they can put strips of plywood together with hinges so it can fold up and store easily and won't be so cumbersome.

Again - so glad you're back. Missed you and your enthusiasm! And as someone else said - 5 lbs is NOTHING. Kick it into high gear and kick those lbs to the curb! I KNOW you can do it because you rock girl!

    Funny how when your down it seems it you will never get back up again. A thousand people can tell you "You can do it" but it really and truly only takes one, and that is you. I believe you found your footing again. So walk slow and then take off running. We all fall once in awhile, or get side tracked. Keep your vision on YOU and great things will happen.

5 lbs is nothing, you could seriously do that in 1 week. BUT you do not need to. It will come off eventually, just give you time and find that thing that makes you happy doing it.

    I am SOOOO glad that you went to the gym. So I was thinking about something that might help the DDR pad is getting a hard cardboard to go under it! That way it can register.

Any time you need a push up challenge....let me know!
