Difficult Week

I had a difficult week this week. I just couldn't get in the groove of journaling and watching every bite I ate. I probably won't have a weight loss this week because of it. To top it off, my back went out at work today, so I've spent the better part of the day icing my back and taking muscle relaxers. At least I drank my water every day this week.

    I hope you are feeling better. Most important is to take care of your back. All the Spark coaches would say that, taking care of health right now in this manner is right along the path that Spark supports. I know it means taking a rest away from some of the activities you want to do. I suspect most of us have been down that path, especially the more "mature" we become. Just know all of us have you in our prayers pretty square dance lady.

Also like "Familytradition" said, just focus on the fruits and veggies and avoiding the fried stuff" emoticon
