Well Spark friends, I have stayed on the path for 7 straight days and I have exercised for 5 days this week.
I gave myself no excuses. This was a great week for me. This is the beginning of the rest of my life.
I am currently reading "Hold it your exercising wrong and
Escaping your Shape by Edward Jackowski.
If your are needing a little more info about how to exercise for your body type THIS BOOK WILL HELP YOU TONS AND BUNCHES AND BUNCHES!!!
Between theses books and Spark, it has given me a great outlook for success. I encourage everyone to take a look for your self.
