It's the mocha. I like to stop at the drive-through coffee shop on my way to work somedays. Sometimes its one day per week, some weeks it's 4 or 5 times. After logging into my nutrition page, I looked up my drive-through mocha. 510 calories, 58 carbs, 24g fat... Holy $#!T This is NOT good. This is the single worst thing that I'm doing to myself and I didn't even realize it. I am switching to one cup of regular brewed coffee, with three creamers and no sugar. 32 calories, 3 carbs, 3g fat... HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Maybe now I can stop gaining weight, and start losing it.
