I've been watching what I eat but not entering all the foods here, and I've been working out but too busy (or the home computer took a crap!) to blog about it. So here goes. Technically it's Friday Jan 15, 2010, but this entry is at 0127 so we'll still call it Thursday. I'll blog again tomorrow :o)

I did core synergistics today (Week 2, Day 1 - I survived Week 1 and came back for more!), was able to do more pushups this time, and I even attempted (but did not succeed at) the bonus round! I did probably a third of each of the exercises in the bonus round (using Dreya as my guide for reps).

On a completely positive note, I almost did a perfect Dreya roll twice - meaning, I fell back on my butt both times, but was able to rock off my butt to nearly standing! So definite improvement there!

Looking ahead in my calendar, I'm really excited about taking my 30-day pictures and measurements on Feb 6th.

My motivations to get my workouts done:

Daily - Recovery Drink
Weekly - Weigh in
Monthly - Pictures and measurements of a new me!

    Hey, that's okay. There's times I'm sure we all get a kick on keeping track with our fitness and nutrition, then forget. I actually have two little notebooks on the table and write everything down and put in my trackers for later.

    You're no Misfit. Hang in there and do the best you can. It will get better for you. You are worth it so keep pushing play and modify the moves if you need to.
