The switch to primarily vegetarian/flexetarianism...no
t so bad.
Sugar-Free a little more difficult, but doable.
Top that off with gluten-free and it's one heckuva challenge.
If scientists would only develop some kind of one-a-day that truly meets all of our nutritional/dietary needs, keeps us full, and gives us lots of energy...now, that's one prescription I'd be more than happy to fill!
