I am back on track. I tracked everyday, but still ate like crap. It's amazing how eating crap will make you feel like crap too. My new resolve is to do or think things to keep me on track and eating clean. So now when I feel like eating something naughty or something that will put me way over on cals I....
touch my new found collarbone. It's been hiding awhile...glad to see you again!
think of how far I have come...75 pounds GONE!
think of the cute clothes I will get when I reach my goal...only 25 more pounds to go!
bend over and touch my toes...with straight legs. It was years that I could barely see my toes, much less touch them.
think of the stairs I can climb...and not get winded.
think of how great it feels to exercise...whudda thunk?
think of how great I feel when I hit my nutrition goals.
move in a certain way so I can feel my shirt slide across my shoulder blades...bone and not fat.
but the one thing that keeps me on track...my granddaughter. I will be able to get down on the floor and play with her...and get back up!
