    I completely agree with EVERYTHING that Christina just posted! You should definitely be proud of what you have accomplished, "even if it is 10-15 lbs"! It took me 2 years to lose 30 lbs and I still am working on the last 15-20 lbs. You look really great Laura and I'm really glad to have someone as positive and goal oriented as you! :)

    I'm glad you didn't dwell on your Dorito binge! We all have those days, and what's important is that you moved on and made today a healthy one.

You mentioned WW...Are you currently following the program/tracking points?

Rest days are super important, and I think it's great that you're incorporating them into your week. I worked out 12 days straight and on the 13th day (yesterday) was SORE SORE SORE after an especially brutal pilates class, and realized that a rest was defintely much needed so that my body could recover. Today I hit the pavement for a run and felt great after taking a day off.

Have you had any success in finding clean eating recipes online? I keep saying I'm going to buy Tosca Reno's books but haven't yet had the opportunity to do so.
