    Calorie tracking made the difference for me as well. Doing that was the first time I saw a significant weight loss. Congrats on getting on track :)

I hope you hit your goal for your next weigh in! I always get most excited when I go around a bend, it feels so awesome. So I really hope next time you weigh in you're in the 210's!
