Well, today I completely forgot about exercising until it was to late to get my daily goal done (1hr), but I did manage to get part of it done(2/3). Pretty good since I forgot until 4p & have to get to bed before 10p to wake in the morning.
I also blew it on the calories as I just had NO willpower today & gave in to my cravings every time. This is what happens when I put my concern for others before myself, I usually forget to take care of myself properly. :(
I'm hoping to get back on track tomorrow & even burn extra cals to cover part of todays damage. I WANT TO LOOSE 1lb this week.
