    hi im new to this spark people .. i been on my diet down for a week and lost 4 pounds. my weakness is pop and chips. so far no pop or chips. its so hard .. but i keep thinking in the end it will be worth it.. keep up the good job...

    LOL!!!! Thanks guys, today is a new day. So far no cravings. I just don't know what was going on yesterday.
    @ANDREAINNE-- I'm getting comfortable with the videos. I pretend now I'm talking to my class. I don't have a food log, need to do that. Thanks.

    You are SO cute, Nappilovable!!! You are a riot! I love your personality! Keep these video blogs coming!!! I hear you on the stress-eating. Fotunately, my job isn't too stressful right now...wait until a new quarter starts (in March) and I have to meet with like 50 students a day!!! (I work at a college.) Good job on that twix! You did it! And I too like my meals so keep up the good work on denying those cravings!! Do you keep a food log? I do. I just started on January 4 and I must say that it helps me A LOT! I didn't think it would but it really does! I feel like I can see my success when I do that. Just a thought.
