End of week 11...need to get "back in the saddle again" as Gene Autry would sing...LOL

    Hi, I just wanted to let you know I have been where you are and I did Jenny Craig, Medication and anything else I could get my hands. I started this Monday and I'm still thinking about my weight gains over the past diets. I have decided heads up, chest out and be proud of me. I want to loose for me. Just remember to keep your head up and that we are all beautiful even with a little extra pounds. Just keep your head up and start a new week. Leave the past weeks behind you. Even though all women are all sizes we are all still pretty special people. Hold your head up high and keep going. emoticon Lady bugs are supose to be special. So I'm sending you one.

    Hi hun. First off, Im real sorry that your still feeling low & that you have gained the weight.
    It works both ways you know!
    Lat week, I hardly ate anything & did all my exercise( way too much as I wasnt eating, only lost a lb, this week, havent lost at all, as Iv put my body into starvation mode, even though iv been trying to eat more, I guess its still not quite enough, with my exercise, so I have to try harder to up my calories.

    Maybe you should asky yourelf why you feel o bad & feel like you should give up on your self? after all you wanted this for your self? You realised you were worth making these changes for? Think about why you wanted to make those changes in the begining?
    & then start again.
    Go back to basics, No more week 11 or what ever...

    Do week 1.
    Start adding your food in your tracker, do some exercise, even just walking etc or cleaning.
    We are here for you ok.

    Deep breath, let it out ..The past is the PAST forget it. Lets start NOW.Simple exercise..just move anything (it burns calories) ..We have all (or most I am sure ) been where you are now, a tear in our eye and a quiver in our voice . Just start with small changes they add up. Devote this Year to YOU. That is what I did last year at 235lbs I took those small steps today I weigh 168.still have 40 to go but hey we have the rest of our lives to "GET THERE"so lets enjoy the journey. It is not about being TEENEY TINY it is about being HEALTHY and strong and agile.You already possess a beautiful heart and in there is the determination to succeed, you go girl this is YOUR year!!! emoticon

    This week will be better because you have a plan. I always need to have the plan in place, and when I do, that's when I have success. I also find that when I am in charge of my exercise and my food plan, I am somehow more in charge of the rest of my life. It is all connected, and I know that. This is the year for true change. It is a new decade, and we can do it! Looking forward to your success :-) Candace emoticon
