I really dislike Tuesdays. It's like Monday I'm excited about the week to come and can trick myself into getting back into grind mode. Then Tuesday hits and I realize I still have 4 more days of this shi-tuff. So needless to say my Tuesday morning workouts aren't the best. I powered through roughly 90 minutes of cardio and strength training and then... work. I did however do really good with my food today and I must say Tuesday is my Mega Mindless day. It's like I eat just to pass the time.
Today I stuck to my eating schedule and drank my water when I would usually be thinking about cookies. Not to mention my manager made me eat all of my rice at lunch today and once I finished that 10th glass of water I was actually full. And I got through two more chapters of The Spark.
