On the Eve of What Once Was....

Tuesday, January 12, 2010

It is Tuesday evening, and as usual at this point in the week, I've had a good week. Gotten my exercises in, tracked my food intake and have even been successful in completing projects around the house each day. Tomorrow is Wednesday - the day that, traditionally, my progress wains. What to do?

Make a plan! And then stick to it! So here's the plan:

I'm going to get up at 6:30 and be out the door by 7 AM to do my 2nd day of the first week of the Couch to 5K. It's going to be COLD, but I'm determined to face the cold. Afterall, once I get moving, I'll warm right up! When I get back in, I'm going to do the BootCamp video first thing!

Then, I'm going to come back in and do my daily Bible study.

After that, I'll head out about 9:45 for my riding lesson, giving myself plenty of time to go out and catch Norman, the Swedish Warmblood on whom I take lessons, as well as have plenty of time to "pamper" him before we get to work.

When I get home from my riding lesson, my project for tomorrow is to wash the bedding in the spare room.

Then it's a shower, and off to Raleigh to have dinner with my son, Travis.

So that's the day - I'll see how it plays out!

I'll keep you posted!

Weeelllll! I got up this AM and since it was 19 degrees at 7:15 AM I decided that I am just not that hard core! That's okay because I went to my riding lesson and will be going to the gym with my son tonight as a part of our dinner out so I'll do D2W1 of the C25K this afternoon! Another point of success adaption is not failure!

It is way too easy for me to leave my lesson and swing through McDonalds, pick up a little hamburger, and eat on the way home - intentionally decided against that today and came home to eat from the house! Good decisions!

The dining out sounds like fun, now all you could wish is a warm day and that will happen soon enough.

Enjoy your Wednesday, Allison.
