Fortunately, in the 4 weeks since I've had Berlin I've lost 40 pounds. I am now 20 pounds lighter than my last weigh-in on SP back in March. That has motivated me to continue losing to become a healthy mom for myself & to ensure the baby leads a fun energetic life.
Admittedly its going to be tough getting a routine started now the baby is a factor. But, as I type one handed while feeding a baby in my lap, where there is a will there's a way! I have to wait for my first dr follow up before I'm allowed to start exercising again but that doesnt mean I cant eat healthy & control my portions. Being back on SP will help me stay on track & keep me headed in the right direction.
I'm here today blogging in order to make a commitment to myself & my team to continue respecting my body. My next blog will be my action plan. Oh boy, gotta go. Baby just took a SERIOUS poop. :0 Cheers to my new life as a healthy mom. Oh boy, stinky girl! :)
