Beginning of Week 2: My workout routine

Aside from some rambling, here I am describing what I do for exercise. Note: I do not have a gym membership right now, so home fitness IS possible!

    I have the Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred dvd....and it's a killer...I REALLY commend you for being such an "exercise" warrior...lol!!!

You will exceed your goals by March!!!!

    We all struggle with the yo squared.

Enjoy the workout.

You can totally get the 8 pounds by March.
