Beginning of Week 2: My workout routine

Aside from some rambling, here I am describing what I do for exercise. Note: I do not have a gym membership right now, so home fitness IS possible!

    I have the Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred dvd....and it's a killer...I REALLY commend you for being such an "exercise"!!!

You will exceed your goals by March!!!!

    We all struggle with the yo squared.

Enjoy the workout.

You can totally get the 8 pounds by March.
