I spent last week being bummed out and frustrated about not being able to run because of ankle pain. But now I'm saying "screw that!" (pardon my French).
I just bought '30 Day Shred' and another Jillian Michaels dvd. I'll focus on doing those and getting stronger, and will feel SO GOOD when I'm all healed up and ready to run again. Because, man, it's hard to stay away from running (since I love it so much), and it's hard to get back into a routine once I've taken a break - but I'm gonna do it!
