Too early to start

I woke up this morning at 4:00 am and knew there was no way i was going back to sleep. I mean whats the point? I have to wake up at 5 to exercise so unless i can fall back to sleep quickly Im not trying. I know this may be a normal time for some but not me. It actually ended up being a good thing because I was able to get some cardio time in and some leg exercises. Now I just have to do my bootcamp for the day and I will be done.

    If it makes you feel any better, I fell asleep at 1230 and woke up at 330am wide awake. Seriously?! WHY WHY WHY?! Wish we could turn our brains off sometimes.. Maybe we'll both sleep well tonight? Good luck :-p emoticon
