Today I did great!!
Completed both the required video; along w/ the (optional) bonus video despite the fact that squats & lunges are hard on the knees --- I have "bad" knees, so this was difficult.
After completing the videos, I put on some jammin' music and hopped on the 'ol exercise bike for some (power) spinning. Spun for 30 minutes... Felt great.
