I have successfully completed all of my goals for today. I have worked out and drank my water and eaven did a little cardio.

I totally enjoyed my workout. That is a first for me. There were two exercises that I did not understand (even with demos) but my Hubby helped. Thank God for a hubby like mine. He is supporting me all the way. (yet having trouble not bringing home goodies to me) LOL.

He showed me a few variations that I could make on a few things and he even did a few himself.

It feels so good to get going. This is totally motovating. I used to do nothing much. Now, I am being active.
