I've made so many committments over the past year to get on track. There was always somthing detering to get off the path. I found that no matter how many excuses I made as to why I was not sticking to the plan the more I would sabotage myself. I still have a lot of things to work through but I am sticking to the plan no matter what. It's been now 10 days and the weight is coming off. I try to take this one day at a time.
