Not a bad start!

Well after my slacker weekend I told myself I would do good this week and so I woke up this morning with no drive but promised myself I would do a little something. As I hemmed and hawed I started to run out of time. Finally I got off my butt and accomplished way more than I planned. I did the treadmill, the bootcamp video and worked my arms. Not a bad start for the week huh?
