Second Week

Well I was successful for the first week, did three days of cardio for 20 minutes, and SP stretch routine for two days. This is the beginning of my second week and I have increased my cardio to 25 minutes. I have to figure out how to do it on Wednesday, my hairdresser day. I am going to try to do it in the morning but we shall see.

    Good job! Taking it one day at a time is a most excellent method. It's awesome that you're already thinking about how to arrange your schedule so that you can still meet your goals for Wednesday.
