My job comes pretty much to a dead stop between the hours of 12 and 4. That's 4 hours I basically sit at a desk and do nothing. Nothing but think about eating that is. So my bad habit is eating out of bordem.
For this challenge I will try to come uyp with strageties to overcome my mid day meltdown. I know there is a desk workout on SP so today I will do that and I will also memorize the H.A.L.T. article and make it my new mantra.
