J (Sunday)
* Jackknife Challenge - 30 the first 10 and when I did it the second time it went up to 20
* Big Top Juggling (on Plus) with 3 balls 519 unlocked 6 balls in doing these
* Jiggle yourself while doing Super Hula, 6 minute this kicked my butt actually my hip and knee which I've never had any issues with... I'm getting OLD!!!!!!! but I managed. I know I'm going to be feeling this in the morning 1703

A (Monday)
* Arm & Leg Lift 73 10 reps
* Advanced Step 448
* Angle yourself with the Triangle Pose 58 pts
* Advanced Island Cycling (on Plus) this kicked my butt too.. MOTION SICKNESS! but I completed it 7.76 miles took me 30 minutes. enjoyed falling off the cliff... lol

N (Tuesday)
* Nice run with Basic Run - Island Lap (original or Plus)
* Never waiver as you do the Tightrope Walk
* No peaking while trying Lotus Focus with eyes closed

U (Wednesday)
* Grounded V (on Plus), closest thing to a U I could find 94 pts bended knee
* Jackknife again since this sort of U-shaped 100 pts 30 reps
* Up you go with Push-Up & side Plank 97 pts 20 reps
* Under par as you practice at the Driving Range (on Plus) 96 yards 65 pts
A (Thursday)
* Arena, Skateboard (on Plus) 59 pts
* Abs in tight for the Bridge pose 3x's
* Arm muscles for sure after doing Triceps Extensions (try it with weights) 2x's 20 reps
* Arm & Leg Lift 74 20 reps

R (Friday)
* Run on Obstacle Course (on Plus) 435 pts beginners
* Rhythm Boxing (Adv or Expert) 610pts advanced
* Rowing Squats done

Y (Saturday)
* Yoga: pick 4 poses
1. Half Moon
2. Sun Salutation
3. Bridge
4. Cobra

* You pick any 3 strength exercises
1. Tricep Extensions
2. Rowing Squats
3. Grounded V

* You can add in Perfect 10 (on Plus) 17 solved always hated math.. lol
