Okay....so I am finally feeling better after feeling like poo all weekend! On the bright side, I lost 4 lbs, since I ate next to nothing. On the down side, I have not worked out since Wednesday!
But today is a new day. I am on the mend and am happy to report that today is day 8 without a cigarette, and I am feeling good! I have tracked everything I have eaten so far today, and if I didn't have class tonight I would definitely be at the gym.
Week 2 looking promising so far!
