Work that booty!

I've been doing the bootcamp now for a week. I've noticed a difference in my energy level and I have lost a pound and a half. Odd thing is, I havn't been doing the cardio....mainly because I bust my butt around the house already as it is. Winter in Vermont brings chore after chore after chore and I count that as my cardio. Is this wrong?

    emoticon on the weight loss!! As far as the cardio goes, I'm the last one in the world to answer, my activity level is the pits during the week! I work in an office all day and then come home to more work! A pound and a half is great so keep up the good work!

    If you're working hard enough that your heart beats faster, you breathe harder and get just a touch of sweat, all for 15 minutes or more at a stretch - that's cardio.

    I dont think thats wrong. I do the same thing here with 2 kids. I figure I get enough cardio from that, that toning is what I need to do...
