So I haven't been to the gym in about 6 weeks and although the food hasn't been bad I know I haven't been following my plan. I make no excuses but I am making plans for the next week. I have planned to go to the gym 3x this week. I plan to drink my water. I plan to get those veggies out of the fridge and into my body. Sounds easy huh? well I am still hovering at one pound above the 40 pound weight loss mark. So all I have been doing since I pulled that muscle is maintaining and learning how not to eat again.
I have no excuses this week. My back is healed and time is on my side. I made my first goals which was turn the labs around and get out of danger zones for certain health problems. I accomplished that. Now I really want a new wardrobe and I will have one by spring.
So new goals for the next three months because I can't look any further than that into the future.
I want to drop 26 more pounds by spring. That would be March 21st
Stay Warm and Stay Strong
I want to be able to run for 2 minutes without passing out. ( or dying :) )
I really really want to shop in the normal clothes section .
