An unproductive weekend

Though I did great on Friday with exercise I did not follow throught this weekend. I have been tired and I started my peroid and so Im cramoy and have had no motivation to do anything. How can I push through this? And on top of that I think Im getting sick again. I have to do better this week.

    I know how hard it is to motivate on the weekend -- is there an activity you really like or something you can schedule? I make appointments with my trainer for Saturdays so that I get something done. She couldn't meet this weekend so I have been a sloth....
