Holy crap! It just now dawned on me!

Sunday, January 10, 2010

***I've posted this to some of my teams but I just had to put it here on my blog also, just to remind me.***

OMG! I was wondering why I've been so cold lately. I mean, we've had cold days in FL before and not just this year. But for some reason this year just feels so much more worse!

WELL....I just now this very second realized something!!!

43 pounds of heat have been lost......GONE!!

NOW THAT IS A GOOD THING!!

So, I really need to stop complaining...this is all MY fault I'm cold.....ROFLMBO!!

I know how you feel being 40lbs less. I rather just put on extra clothing though instead of the pounds back. Way to go!!!!!

I had a similar experience when I first lost the 100 pounds on Jenny Craig. That winter I nearly froze to death, even inside the house. I used to always wear shorts and tshirts all winter long. Now it's sweats and flannel...

Haha you are too stinkin cute! But you make a good point! A few years ago when I got down to 123 I was always freezing! And I lived in Arizona! Haha. I can't wait to lose all my fat and be freezing again! Way to go though on making it all this way! You seriously rock and I totally adore you!

I know what you mean. I live in Ohio and am used to having to dress for the cold but have personally felt colder this year than in the past. I too have lost 20 pounds of personal insulation and have to compensate for it with extra layers of clothes.

Awesome!! I'm so NERVOUS about stepping on the scale tomorrow morning to see if I've lost any weight....I feel like it! If I didn't, I will still hold my head up high and know that it is the "inches" losing :)

Well you are having record cold down there but even if it was 80 degrees you would feel cold because you are losing your insulation. Way to go. Just move around alot to keep warm. I can see you buying more sweaters. emoticon emoticon
