Ive had to accept that my back and leg injury over 4 months ago now has put a significant dent in my ability to reach my desired goals on time. I have had to limit exercise to the hobbling along trying to walk at an acceptable shuffle rate and this does nothing to bring the heart rate up for any measure of aerobic type exercise.
So why do I feel positive today. Well because I am still on track in my head. I am still working towards being a better me and if the pounds coming off is somewhat meager due to the lack of exercise I can console myself with the fact that once I can bounce around again like normal it should melt off again. I have banished the stinking PLOMS (Poor little ol me's).
