I have a date!!!! With me and fitness and I'm not breaking it!!

Everyday I am challenged with time management, priorities and the guilt if I let anyone down. I try to please everyone, but I tend to put myself last. By putting myself last I mean that I put off my journey to better health by taking short cuts. When I deal with my subordinates or superiors, I never take short cuts because I believe if it is worth doing, it is worth doing well. Why I don't approach my weight loss and improved fitness this way, I do not know. Well this week I will try to make an appointment for all fitness endeavours because I do not miss appointments when dealing with others. I will also take the time to reflect each day by writing in my journal and ensure that I write down things I am grateful for as well as things that push my buttons. For some of us, this weight journey is a constant battle but one I am willing to fight. My favorite saying is "One day at a time, Sweet Jesus" and that is how I will carry on this week. Good Luck to all in their weight loss efforts and remember, Good things come to those who wait. emoticon
