Wow really let myself go.... now I am getting back to basics. Learing to eat right again, and getting back into the daily exercise routine. Missed my cardio yesterday, but was working around the house all day. Didn't eat alot of food, but what I did eat was not the greatest. I need to get myself disaplined again and get every aspect under control. I know I can do this, I have done it before. Just need to do it!
Looking back at what I wanted last year and what happened......
List 2009 GOALS
1) Get more organized - SOMEWHAT
2) Get a new roof on the house- DONE!
3) Increase my exercise program - NOPE
4) Continue to make good choices food wise- NOPE
5) Get hubby moving more- NOPE
Really blew that one,
So here is 2010's list
1) Get even more organized
2) Get back on a regular exercising schedule and stick to it.
3) Get my eating back under control.
4) Lose 30 pounds(even more would be great)
5) Help hubby get motivated and work with me. If we do it together, we are more likely to stick with it for lifetime.
