Yes, I fought off the sweet tooth craving yesterday, but must confess it got the best of me today. Hubby and I were both looking for something sweet and I ended up eating too much of it. He can always eat what he wants and has never had a weight problem.
For dinner, we had very lean beef patties with mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and fresh fruit salad and I made myself eat 2 cups of my green salad, too. So now I feel as though I am back on track. Tomorrow I promise to be better!
