    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE "The Spark!" I wasn't sure what to expect, but yes, it does go more in depth. I'm only half way through the third chapter, but it's helped me re-evaluate my current thinking process. I've been thinking about my values and what I really want my goals to be. From it, I've also learned that I'm actually doing much better with my fruit/veggie servings than I'd previously thought (woo hoo). I'm still getting down the whole portion/serving size thing. I definately know that I'm not a morning excerciser, and I know I sleep so much better doing mine in the evenings (not too close to bed, though).
