This isn't going to be very long. I just wanted to drop in quickly and write a little note.

I feel very positive about this up coming year. I see nothing but good things happening in my life.

The Calotren seems to be working well so far! I was told that for the first month or so not to look at the scale. So I haven't. But I have noticed my clothes feel looser!! And I feel better!! So I will keep you posted!
