Lesson Learned (?)

Ack - I went to work this morning because I have been out for two days with "something" and when I got home all I felt like doing was taking a nap! Should have given it another day before venturing out.
I have read quite a bit of the Spark - am into the description of the second week of the 28 day program - I did not join this site until almost two years after I lost the weight following South Beach so I really never followed the "structure" of SP. I did experience one of the "cross effects" that SparkGuy describes though - as I lost weight and felt successful, I actually wanted to exercise and now it is a part of my life .....
