I'm pretty psyched. So far I've lost a total of 5 lbs since my shocking Christmas weigh in. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing.

Weighing & measuring my food.
Using the food tracker.
Drinking my water.
Cardio & Strength.

too easy...just gotta put myself first as often as possible. Sat & Sun is a 1200 jumpingjack challenge.
