Well a week of army training over and boy am I old. It's amazing how different exercises affect you. You can walk miles and you're fine but then strap a bunch of weight to your back, walk through the woods through snow and all this done with parkas, boots, long underwear etc.. and your age seems to paste on your forehead and you finally remember that you're not 18 anymore. However, it was a good week, all my bones hurt and I intend to do a lot of stretching today so I don't completely seize up. I hope everyone had a good week and next week I should be able to stick to the program better. Weigh in is on Tuesday so maybe I will be lighter and that would make me very happy.
