Still struggling!

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting back on track after the holidays? It is very hard.

    The first thing I have to do is purge my kitchen of any leftover junk from the holidays. I cave to temptation too easily, so I have to have only healthy choices around to get me back on track. Something I notice is that I don't feel good when I've been eating bad. I'm sluggish and lazy and feel bloated. Not fun. Once I start eating healthier and exercising regularly, I realize within a few days how much better I feel all over.
