    Teresa! I feel the same way when I do those things. I used to eat a double cheeseburger a few times a week from McDonald's (I can't believe I just admitted to that)... thinking that if it's only $1, it's not that many calories.. lol but that would be before I ate dinner... and now, the smell of McD's makes me feel all greasy. My stomach reacts to bad food, too - like if I eat chinese food (even if it's just an egg roll), then I suffer the consequences later..

CHALLENGE yourself, don't PRESSURE yourself... I have to remember that one. Teresa, do you have an iPod?? I find getting iTunes like "The biggest loser cardio" really helps keep a beat to help you move faster. Might be better on the treadmill too. You can just do a search for "cardio" in iTunes and it will bring up a bunch of options. Regular songs, remixed to non-stop beats in various genres like 80s, rock, country, modern dance, etc. You should give that a shot. I hope you do! I think you can also get the CDs at wal mart or on Amazon.com

Well, I'm ready to get back into this game. It's not fun hiding out - or neglecting the spark!

    Oh Teresa, as usual you inspire me. Even when you're tired you make sure you do your exercises. You make sure you do everything you should be doing to lose your weight... and losing over 30 lbs on SP is fabulous girl. I know how you really struggled with the other program we were on, so it's so great seeing you losing like this and inspiring everyone to do the same.

    The salad filled you up and made you more mindful of what you want to or don't want to eat.... If you go out to dinner eating a salad before going out, being less hungry help select better choices.. A salad has so few calories even if you eat more salad to dinner it don't hurt..
